It’s quite horrid, the name, No Brains for Dinner. Not a particularly appealing phrase. In fact, I am certain the name has kept some people from attending the play. But this original play has a profound message. Thrilling, suspenseful, and though- provoking, No Brains for Dinner deals with the internal struggle of man. Set in Edwardian England, the main character, Oscar Norton, is an aspiring doctor climbing the social ladder of progress. But he is hiding a huge secret that threatens the auspices of his progress. The life of Oscar Norton depicts the consequences of evil and the importance of being honest with yourself about who you are and the truth about your story.
